Why I Created Summer Soul Reset

For a long time, I believed having a busy mind was simply part of who I was.

Like so many people, I spent years constantly thinking, constantly doing and constantly searching for the next thing that would finally help me feel calm. It wasn’t until I began learning about the nervous system, meditation and the science behind our thoughts and emotions that everything started to change.

I realised that peace isn’t something we’re lucky enough to stumble across.

It’s something we can learn to create.

That’s why I created Summer Soul Reset.

Not simply to offer two hours of relaxation, but to create an experience that helps people understand why they feel the way they do, experience what genuine calm can feel like, and leave with practical tools they can continue using in everyday life.

Because my hope isn’t that you leave thinking, “That was a lovely evening.”

That a calmer, more peaceful way of living is possible for you too.


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any previous meditation or wellness experience?

Not at all. Summer Soul Reset has been designed for everyone, whether this is your very first wellness experience or you’re already familiar with meditation and contrast therapy. You’ll be guided throughout the evening, so simply come as you are.


What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can relax in. To enjoy the sauna and cold plunge, bring your swimwear, two towels, flip-flops or sliders, Robe and a water bottle.


Do I have to use the cold plunge?

Absolutely not. Every part of the experience is optional, and you’re encouraged to listen to your own body. This evening is about supporting your wellbeing, never pushing beyond your comfort zone.


Is the sauna and cold plunge suitable for everyone?

While many people enjoy the benefits of contrast therapy, it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant or have certain medical conditions (such as heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure or other health concerns), please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before attending. Participation is always optional.


Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Many people attend wellness events on their own, and you’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive and friendly environment. Whether you arrive solo or with a friend, you’ll feel right at home.


How long is the experience?

Summer Soul Reset runs from 4:15pm until 6:15pm. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before we begin.


Where is the event held?

The event takes place at Flex Coop, where you’ll have access to the sauna, cold plunge facilities and a welcoming space to relax and learn.

What is your refund policy?

As this is a small, intimate event with limited spaces, all bookings are non-refundable.

If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please let us know at least 48 hours before the event so we can update the booking details.

Should Summer Soul Reset ever need to be cancelled by the organiser, you’ll be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to a future event.
